Position- Network Support Intern

Experience- Fresher or course in IT field will be a plus

Stipend- 5000 to 6000rs per month

Location- Udaipur (Raj) (on- site)

Roles & Responsibilities are as follows:  

• Provide Assistance: Offer support to users encountering technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems. 
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues by following established procedures or escalating to higher-level support as necessary. 
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical support activities, including tickets, resolutions, and user communication. 
• System Maintenance: Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as updates, patches, and system configurations under supervision. 
• Inventory Management: Help manage hardware and software inventory, including tracking and organizing equipment and licenses. 
• Setup and Configuration: Aid in setting up and configuring computer systems, peripherals, and software applications for users. 
• Software Support: Assist with software installations, updates, and troubleshooting for standard applications used within the organization. 
• Ticket Management: Respond to support tickets and inquiries promptly, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with users. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to address complex technical issues and share knowledge and best practices. 
• Adherence to Policies: Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT support, security, and data privacy.
