Network Support Intern

As a Network Engineer (Trainee), your role will involve various responsibilities both during training and beyond: - Providing technical support remotely from Lucknow office to field/site engineers across India. - Managing, onboarding, and training newly appointed site engineers and technicians. - Supporting the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects, including CCTV, Networking, and Access Control Systems. - Monitoring project progress and resolving technical issues reported from remote sites. - Coordinating and verifying material dispatch, inward/outward, and usage reports. - Maintaining documentation of assets such as routers, switches, DVR/NVR, cables, etc. - Preparing and sharing technical reports, installation checklists, and issue logs. - Managing customer communication related to service calls, escalations, and installation updates. - Supporting the team in pre-sales technical documentation and site readiness verification. - Assisting in internal trainings and maintaining SOPs for technical processes.
