Human Resources Executive

As an HR Executive at PitchWorx, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, understanding employee needs, and contributing to business growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, managing HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture, and maintaining HR records and documentation. Additionally, you will lead partner outreach initiatives, support organizational development, and assist with employee performance management and training. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge in partner outreach and relationship management, proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools, and the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Data-driven decision-making skills, work ethics, initiative, and leadership experience are desirable qualities.
