Who We’re Looking For

Visual Communication Designer

You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams, but your main focus will be visual storytelling crafting compelling design assets that represent who we are and what we do best. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design creatives for print, digital, and presentation formats with a strong visual narrative 
• Collaborate on creative ideas to help present and showcase our work in fresh, engaging ways 
• Assist with social media creatives and campaign visuals.  
• Assist in planning and executing agency-led creative initiatives (e.g., Monthly Newsletters, Case Studies, Design Mock-ups, Mood boards, Portfolios and other creatives) 
• Stay up to date with design and marketing trends to help inspire new formats and approaches 
• Design and refresh internal assets such as onboarding kits, company credentials, project templates, etc. 
• Contribute to visual storytelling across touchpoints — digital, print, motion, and presentations 
• Designing & assisting client pitches and proposals as part of presales support. 

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design / visual communication design  
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand, presentation, and digital/social work 
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, Canva, etc. 
• Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and storytelling 
• Ability to balance creative and strategic thinking 
• Familiarity with marketing and social media trends 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Strong time management and multitasking ability 
• A team player with creative initiative and attention to detail
