Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will manage daily HR operations, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with HR policies. The individual will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities include updating HR policies, maintaining employee records, and supporting the overall HR strategy to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

Qualifications

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
• Experience in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR Policies and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the Content Creation for Social Media is a plus
