Human Resources Executive

Overview

The Engagement & Culture Executive will be responsible for strengthening the company’s internal brand, driving employee engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This role focuses on designing and executing engagement programs, enhancing internal communication, and ensuring employees feel connected, motivated, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Engagement

• Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities, events
• Conduct monthly and quarterly engagement calendars.
• Coordinate celebrations, festivals, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
• Analyze engagement feedback and suggest improvement strategies.

2. Company Branding (Internal Branding)

• Develop and implement internal branding initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Create communication materials such as newsletters, posters, videos, and intranet content.
• Promote company values, culture, and success stories internally.
• Support employer branding activities to improve talent attraction.

3. Culture Building

• Assist in driving culture-building programs aligned with company values.
• Support diversity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.
• Conduct surveys, gather insights, and work with HR leadership on action plans.
• Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.

4. Communication

• Manage internal communications across email, WhatsApp groups, notice boards, and HRMS.
• Draft announcements, event updates, engagement campaigns, and recognition posts.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all employee touchpoints.

5. Reporting & Analytics

• Track engagement metrics, event participation, and feedback scores.
• Prepare monthly engagement reports for management review.
• Recommend improvements based on data and employee feedback.
