Human Resources Executive

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Executive for an on-site position based in Kochi. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, HR policy implementation, recruitment coordination, and operational support. The role will involve fostering a collaborative work environment, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and maintaining a positive employee experience. The position also includes managing documentation and providing support for HR programs and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management, HR Operations, and HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a definite advantage
