Role Description

This full-time, on-site role of Human Resources Executive is based in Ludhiana (Noorwala). Responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, payroll processing, handling employee relations, and overseeing day-to-day HR management activities. The role requires fostering a positive workplace environment, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting recruitment and talent management processes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management, Payroll Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations practices
• Proficiency in Human Resources processes and workforce planning
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and support diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in HR roles will be a strong advantage
