Job Title: HR Executive – BPO Hiring (Work From Home) Location: Mumbai (Remote) Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in Hardcore BPO Hiring (International Process) Industry: Recruitment/Staffing – BPO Sector About Us: We are a fast-growing recruitment consultancy specializing in bulk and niche hiring across the BPO sector. We are currently looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive with hands-on experience in international BPO hiring to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for international BPO clients – bulk and niche roles Source candidates through various job portals including Naukri Resdex , Shine.com , LinkedIn , and other relevant platforms Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements Conduct telephonic and video interviews Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and clients Maintain candidate database and regular follow-ups Meet daily and weekly hiring targets Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in hardcore international BPO hiring , preferably in a consultancy setup Proven experience in mass/bulk hiring Strong command over Naukri Resdex and familiar with sourcing via Shine, LinkedIn, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup Based in Mumbai (mandatory) Job Type: Full-time (Work from Home) Salary: Based on experience and performance Joining: Immediate preferred Show more Show less
