Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Palghat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. Daily tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting onboarding procedures, and addressing employee grievances. Qualifications HR Management, HR Operations, and Human Resources (HR) skills Experience in Employee Relations and handling HR Policies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus Show more Show less
