Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Palghat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. Daily tasks include overseeing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting onboarding procedures, and addressing employee grievances.
