Job Description: You will be joining Market Disc Media, a company that provides B2B marketing and sales acceleration services globally. As a Human Resources Executive based in Pune, your main responsibilities will include managing HR operations, overseeing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth HR management processes. Your key focus areas will be recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities. Additionally, you will be handling compliance with labor laws and company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR operations effectively - Oversee employee relations and ensure adherence to HR policies - Develop and implement HR policies to enhance organizational effectiveness - Handle recruitment processes from start to finish - Conduct onboarding activities for new employees - Implement performance management strategies - Drive employee engagement initiatives - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations - Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies - Experience in End-to-End Recruitment processes - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Previous experience in a similar HR role would be advantageous,
