About the Role:

The HR Executive will support the HR department in various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a person who is detail-oriented, has excellent interpersonal skills, and can work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
• Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
• Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
• Attendance and payroll.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Min 6 months of experience in HR role.

Pay range and compensation package:

Upto 3,00,000 LPA
