Job Summary

HR Recruiter

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle—from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and onboarding the right talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring needs and prepare job descriptions in coordination with department heads.
• Source candidates using various platforms like job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the respective department heads.
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate tracker.
• Prepare and roll out offer letters and handle documentation for onboarding.
• Provide timely reports on hiring status, metrics, and feedback.

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity resume databases.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.

• Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in volume hiring / technical hiring (customize as needed).
• Comfortable with data reporting and recruitment analytics.
