Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with the respective department heads. Manage communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate tracker. Prepare and roll out offer letters and handle documentation for onboarding. Provide timely reports on hiring status, metrics, and feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity resume databases. Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
