Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed BIM models for Structure, Architecture, and MEP disciplines.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free designs.
• Review and update drawings/models as per project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and project-specific guidelines.
• Support project teams with model visualization and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in

  BIM Modelling

  (Structure / Architecture / MEP).
• Proficient in

  Revit

  ,

  AutoCAD

  , and

  Navisworks

  (knowledge of Dynamo or coding is a plus).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical detailing.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment.
