Job Summary:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing necessary employee information.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and processes.
  • Coordinate training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support HR audits and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment, payroll, employee engagement).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems (HRMS).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
