Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR administration.

-Assist with the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

-Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

-Process employee attendance, leaves, and other related records.

-Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant data.

-Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

-Handle employee queries related to HR policies, compensation, and benefits.

-Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.

-Assist in the performance appraisal process and training coordination

-Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data and documents.
