Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mohali and Kurukshetra Location for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing daily HR operations, including employee relations, HR policy implementation, and overall HR management. The role involves overseeing recruitment processes, developing and maintaining HR strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is preferred
