Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive - Fresher, located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management tasks including handling HR operations, fostering employee relations, implementing HR policies, and managing various human resources-related functions. Daily tasks will involve supporting the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
