Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources Executive - Fresher. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting various HR management tasks. Daily tasks will include assisting in the recruitment process, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records, addressing employee queries, and coordinating various HR activities.

• HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• HR Operations and Employee Relations skills
• Knowledge and implementation of HR Policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with HR software and relevant laws and regulations
