Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive - Fresher will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee relations. The role includes tasks such as recruiting, onboarding new employees, and handling employee queries. Additionally, the HR Executive will assist in organizing training and development sessions, and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
