Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive - Fresher at NextAstra Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, and maintaining positive employee relations. Daily tasks include HR management, supporting various HR functions, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and standards.
