Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive - Fresher located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, managing employee relations, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies. The role includes handling HR management tasks and supporting smooth HR processes throughout the organization.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is preferred
