Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive - Fresher in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for day-to-day HR management tasks including employee relations, HR operations, and the implementation of HR policies. This role will involve managing HR activities to ensure smooth operations, supporting the HR department in implementing programs and initiatives, and addressing any employee concerns in a timely manner.
