Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Human Resources Executive - Fresher. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR management tasks. The role requires close collaboration with different teams to support the overall strategic goals of the organization.
