Job Overview

HR Professional

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, site, and project-based roles (Engineering, EPC, O&M, Sales, Finance, Admin, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring
  • Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts
  • Maintain recruitment data and hiring metrics

2. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and induction programs
  • Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and personnel files
  • Manage confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends

3. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance

  • Coordinate payroll processing with finance/accounts team
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and shift schedules
  • Ensure statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, gratuity, labor laws
  • Liaison with consultants and government authorities when required

4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

  • Support performance appraisal and KPI tracking systems
  • Assist in goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes
  • Plan employee engagement activities, R&R programs, and training sessions
  • Handle employee grievances and ensure conflict resolution

5. HR Policies & Administration

  • Draft, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Ensure discipline, workplace ethics, and code of conduct compliance
  • Support audits, internal reviews, and management reporting
  • Coordinate with project teams for manpower planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification
  • 2–6 years of HR experience (preferably in EPC, construction, or renewable energy sector)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HR tools, and job portals
  • Ability to handle pressure, multiple roles, and fast-paced environments
