Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Surat. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing various HR management tasks. Daily responsibilities include talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining a productive workplace environment. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies In-depth knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
