Human Resources Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Executive. This is an entry-level position ideal for recent graduates who are eager to begin their career in HR. You will be responsible for supporting various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining employee records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll and attendance management.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee data and company information.

Requirements:

• MBA / MSW in HR Preferred, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR domain.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
