Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Onboarding & Joining Formalities

• Manage complete joining formalities and documentation for new employees.
• Ensure accurate verification and filing of all joining documents.

2. HRMS & Data Management

• Maintain and update employee information in HRMS.
• Ensure timely and error-free data entry for attendance and workforce details.

3. File & Document Management

• Maintain both physical and digital employee files as per compliance standards.
• Track, update, and organize necessary statutory documents (ESI, PF, ID proofs).

4. Attendance & Payroll Support

• Assist in payroll activities by validating attendance, overtime, and shift records.
• Coordinate with the payroll team to resolve queries or discrepancies.

5. Employee Query Handling

• Handle day-to-day queries from plant employees related to attendance, salary, leaves, and policies.
• Provide timely and clear communication to employees.

6. Compliance Assistance

• Support statutory compliance activities for blue-collar workforce.
• Assist in preparing documentation for audits and labor inspections.

Skills & Competencies:

• Very good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR operations for plant workforce.
• Experience working with HRMS or attendance systems.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and process-driven.
• Ability to manage routine and repetitive tasks efficiently.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in manufacturing/plant HR operations.
• Prior experience handling third-party payroll workforce (advantageous).
