Job Summary:

HR Executive


Key Responsibilities:


HR:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee inductions.
  • Support payroll, benefits, and personnel record management.
  • Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance with labor laws.
  • Handle employee queries, performance review follow-ups, and HR documentation.
  • Drive employee engagement activities, training coordination, and reporting.


Admin & Office Management Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Manage office supplies, maintenance, travel, and visitor arrangements.
  • Organize office events and ensure smooth communication/documentation flow.
  • Handle petty cash, expense tracking, and overall office upkeep.


Requirements & Skills:

  • 1+ year of experience in HR and/or administrative functions.
  • Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and office management basics.
  • Good understanding of HR tools, systems, or databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized approach to tasks.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as part of a team.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR software/tools or labor law compliance (preferred but not mandatory).
