Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive located on-site in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department. Day-to-day tasks include workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and providing support to employees on various HR-related issues.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Expertise in Employee Relations and Human Resources (HR)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
