Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Noida. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee relations, and oversee overall HR management tasks. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing recruitment processes, conducting performance reviews, and providing support to employees and management.

Qualifications

• Handle End-to-End Recruitment Cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing) and Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates for open positions
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Proven ability to manage HR operations and address employee needs
• Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology sector is a plus
• Experience -0-2 years
• Immediate Joiner preferred
• Salary range :- 20K - 40K
