Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Human Resources Executive to join our team at our Noida office in an on-site capacity. The role involves overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, and supporting organizational objectives. The candidate will handle HR management tasks, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in HR Operations, such as recruitment, onboarding, and payroll management
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Comprehensive knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance standards
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Preferred experience in similar roles within a corporate or organizational environment
