Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Senior Human Resources Manager. The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, develop and implement policies, and ensure legal compliance. Key responsibilities include managing employee relations, handling recruitment and onboarding, driving performance management initiatives, and leading training and professional development programs. The role also involves offering strategic HR guidance to leadership, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring alignment of the HR strategy with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding
• Strong skills in performance management and training program development
• Experience in HR policy creation, implementation, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in HR software and tools, along with excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adept at handling diverse teams
• Leadership experience in an HR managerial capacity, showcasing strategic thinking
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD are advantageous
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment
