Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, building strong employee relations, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes. Additional responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management support, and addressing employee concerns, while fostering a positive and productive work culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in handling Employee Relations and implementing effective HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
