Suraj Estate Developers Ltd is excited to invite applications for the role of Digital Marketing Manager — a key position that will drive our online presence, strengthen our brand visibility, and lead our pre-sales performance initiatives.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital strategies, social media communication, website management, and end-to-end pre-sales operations. We're looking for someone who can blend creativity with analytics, lead teams, enhance customer engagement, and contribute directly to business growth.

✨ What You’ll Own & Lead:

🔹 Social Media Strategy & Execution:

– Build and implement platform-specific strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and more

– Craft engaging content, track performance, and optimize for maximum reach

– Manage community interactions and customer queries

🔹 Website Management:

– Ensure smooth website updates, usability, performance & security

– Work with developers on enhancements

– Study user behaviour & analytics to continuously improve website performance

🔹 Performance & Analytics:

– Monitor campaign effectiveness using analytics tools

– Generate insights-driven reports to optimize ROI

– Track key KPIs to guide digital decisions

🔹 Pre-Sales Leadership (50% of the role):

– Manage digital leads, walk-in targets & pre-sales funnels

– Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales executives

– Ensure CRM data accuracy, reporting, and productivity enhancement

🔹 Campaign Management:

– Run performance marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, Email, Digital Ads)

– Track results and fine-tune strategies to meet business goals

🎓 Qualifications We Value:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business (additional digital certifications are a bonus)

✔ Hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and website management

✔ Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics & platform insights

✔ Experience in pre-sales, lead generation & funnel management

✔ Excellent communication, leadership & organizational abilities
