Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at our Trivandrum office. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, drafting and implementing HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all HR-related regulations. The role also includes overseeing hiring processes, onboarding, and supporting employee development initiatives, contributing to a healthy and productive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and expertise in handling core Human Resources functions
• Ability to oversee and execute HR Operations and develop effective HR Policies
• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and promoting a positive workplace culture
• Excellent understanding of labor laws and compliance with HR industry standards
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for addressing staff concerns effectively
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is an added advantage
