HR Executive

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment.
• Coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain employee records and documentation.

Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination

• Monitor daily attendance, shifts, and leave records using HRMS (KEKA or similar).
• Ensure proper leave approvals and attendance regularization.
• Coordinate with the payroll team/vendor for monthly payroll processing.
• Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.
• Support disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Assist in employee engagement activities, rewards, and recognition programs.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Maintain records related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory benefits.
• Support audits and inspections as required.
• Manage exit formalities, full & final settlements, and clearance process.

Performance & Policy Support

• Assist in performance appraisal processes.
• Support implementation and communication of HR policies (Leave, Attendance, Code of Conduct, etc.).
• Maintain updated HR MIS and reports.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of HR experience.
• Strong understanding of frontline workforce management.
• Working knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Comfortable with HRMS tools and MS Excel (KEKA experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication and people-handling skills.
