Key Responsibilities

·      Assist in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination

·      Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, onboarding documents, and attendance records

·      Support new employee onboarding, orientation, and induction processes

·      Manage employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and team activity planning

·      Handle leave management, performance evaluation data collection, and monthly HR reporting

·      Support HR policy implementation, compliance documentation, and disciplinary record keeping

·      Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related operational needs and communication

·      Draft HR letters (Offer letters, Appointment letters, NDAs, Relieving letters, etc.)

·      Ensure a positive and professional work environment, assisting with employee queries and grievances

·      Support payroll inputs by sharing accurate attendance and HR data with accounts team

Skills & Competencies

🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

🔹 Strong organizational and coordination abilities

🔹 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

🔹 Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

🔹 Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Knowledge of HR systems, recruitment tools, and HR compliance is a plus

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month (based on experience & skillset)
