Job Overview:


HR Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Handle employee documentation, HR records, and maintain HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Organize employee engagement activities to build a positive workplace culture.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in performance management processes, appraisals, and training initiatives.
  • Contribute to employer branding and talent retention strategies.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Familiarity with HR software/tools and MS Office.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and problem-solving attitude.
