About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and recommending improvements that drive efficiency and growth. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Conduct gap analysis and identify process inefficiencies or improvement opportunities. Prepare workflow diagrams, business process models, and use cases. Support project management teams by tracking deliverables, timelines, and risks. Partner with IT teams to design and test system solutions. Perform data analysis to generate insights for business decision-making. Ensure clear communication between business users, technical teams, and leadership. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate deliverables. Required Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in documentation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication. Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, or Power BI . Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 0–9 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong skills are welcome). Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA are a plus.
