Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders to shape and execute workforce strategy for international teams.
  • Manage HR operations for a span of

    1500–2000 employees

    , ensuring consistency and excellence in people practices.
  • Leverage AI tools

    to enhance HR analytics, talent engagement, and process automation.
  • Support

    global expansion

    initiatives, including launching new international offices.
  • Design and roll out

    Compensation & Benefits strategies

    aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Drive

    weekly and monthly business reviews

    with leadership using data-backed insights.
  • Deliver

    deep people analytics

    —covering workforce waterfall, succession planning, cross-skilling, and pyramid ratio analysis.
  • Conceptualize and execute

    employee engagement initiatives

    using AI-driven tools for hybrid and remote teams.
  • Ensure

    policy and compliance governance

    across business units.
  • Lead the

    performance management process

    , including data collection, calibration, and reporting.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA in HR

    or equivalent from a reputed institution (preferably metro-based education).
  • 9–15 years of progressive HRBP experience, ideally in digital operations, media, or global support environments.
  • Proven experience managing

    large international headcount

    and complex workforce structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in

    AI tools, people analytics, and digital engagement platforms

  • Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
