Human Resources Business Partner

As a Group Lead HR Business Partner, you will be serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership at the Global Capability Center in Ahmedabad. Your role will involve developing and executing HR strategies that align with business growth, leading change management initiatives, coaching senior leaders on people management, overseeing workforce planning, and driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. You will work closely with executives to drive organizational effectiveness and talent strategies that support business goals. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on leadership development, talent development programs, employee relations, and engagement strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and global HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a Masters/MBA in Human Resources and at least 14 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a strategic HRBP/leadership role. Experience in FMCG/CPG GCC is preferred, along with proven expertise in M&A integration, organizational transformation, organizational design, leadership development, and talent management. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong business acumen, the ability to lead through ambiguity, and a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering an engaged culture. Your role will involve influencing C-suite executives and leading in matrixed/global teams, using HR analytics to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve processes.,
