Role Description

Human Resources Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  employee onboarding, induction, and documentation

  .
• Maintain and update

  employee records and HR databases

  .
• Assist in

  performance management

  and appraisal processes.
• Handle

  employee queries

  related to HR policies, payroll, and payslips.
• Coordinate

  training and development programs

  .
• Support

  employee engagement initiatives

  and ensure effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with

  labour laws and HR policies

  .
• Liaise with plant HR/operations for manpower planning and support.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resources, Business Administration

  , or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in

  HR operations/HR management

  (manufacturing/industrial sector experience preferred).
• Knowledge of

  HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance

  .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in

  HR software, MS Office, and payroll tools

  .
• Willingness to travel to Kamareddy plant as required.
