Job Title: Associate – Human Resources Location: Hyderabad (with on-site support at Kamareddy as required) Employment Type: Full-Time Company Description Vivek Bio-Products Private Limited is establishing a Grain-Based Ethyl Alcohol (Ethanol) Distillery unit in Kamareddy District, Telangana. The project supports the Government of India’s Ethanol Blending Programme , contributing to national energy security by reducing fossil fuel dependency and promoting greener energy alternatives. Role Description We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Associate to join our team. This role is based in Hyderabad with frequent coordination with the Kamareddy plant. The HR Associate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, coordinating employee lifecycle management, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding, induction, and documentation . Maintain and update employee records and HR databases . Assist in performance management and appraisal processes. Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and payslips. Coordinate training and development programs . Support employee engagement initiatives and ensure effective communication. Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR policies . Liaise with plant HR/operations for manpower planning and support. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or related field. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations/HR management (manufacturing/industrial sector experience preferred). Knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll tools . Willingness to travel to Kamareddy plant as required. What We Offer Opportunity to work in a growing renewable energy sector .
