Job Description

Job Summary:

HR Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Coordinate leave management, attendance tracking, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR are encouraged to apply.
