Job Title: HR Assistant Experience Required: 1–2 Years Location: Noida-Sector 135 Company: Red Wolf Hi Tech Pvt Ltd Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Assistant with 1–2 years of experience to support our HR department in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance & leave management, and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files. Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination. Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Prepare HR-related reports and assist with audits when required. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist profile. Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
