Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Assistant. The HR Assistant will support various HR functions, including employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and administering benefits. Responsibilities include assisting with HRIS updates, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee relations initiatives. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies and providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and processes
• Experience with HR Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Familiarity with Benefits Administration and Training coordination
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
• Proficiency in HR-related software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
