Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for supporting HR management, managing HRIS, administering benefits, and providing training to staff. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, responding to employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• familiar with HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems),and payroll tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the bathroom and kitchen fittings industry is a plus
